E&W reflections are additional helps for your Sacred Story prayer journey. Reflect on them ahead of your prayer exercises for the week or outside of your fifteen-minute prayer windows during the week.

(Eph 1:3-6)
If you are reading this, you are starting Sacred Story prayer as a life-long relationship with “the One who accomplishes all things according to the intention of his will.” Do not be sad that the formal lessons are complete. Rejoice that “the One” whose love sustains you, will now be present in more powerful ways, writing your Sacred Story. I ask you do something very simple this week. Ask the Lord; “how do you want me to continue this prayer? I am open to your will that “accomplishes all things.’”
The Lord Jesus, the Spirit, and the Father will hear your prayer and rejoice. They rejoice because they know you are ready to take the next step in consciously opening your life, your heart, to God. And they will work to accomplish this good work in your life. Have a simple faith. Trust in the Love that has come into the world. You are not abandoned. You are not alone. You are never abandoned and you are never alone!
Let your prayer this week be the Advent plea that is in the heart of every person, whether they know it or not; “Maranatha, Come, Lord Jesus.”
Pray for each other. Give thanks.
